Cancellation Policy

Student Cancellations More than 24 hours before class: Students may reschedule to a future available class or request a refund, subject to any applicable nonrefundable fees disclosed at registration. Within 24 hours of class: We ask that students contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling or refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and available class space. No-shows: Students who do not attend and have not contacted us before class may forfeit their registration fee. Emergencies and Unexpected Circumstances We recognize that illness, family emergencies, transportation issues, disability-related needs, severe weather, and other unforeseen circumstances can affect attendance. Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We will make reasonable efforts to offer rescheduling or another appropriate accommodation when feasible. Instructor or Business Cancellations If we must cancel or reschedule a class due to instructor availability, insufficient enrollment, weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, students may choose to: Transfer their registration to a future available class at no additional cost; or Receive a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled class. We will notify registered students as soon as reasonably possible. Accessibility and Accommodations We welcome students of all backgrounds and abilities. We will work with you in good faith to identify reasonable options consistent with course requirements, applicable laws, and safety standards.
